Onsite Model
Under this model, Orientationsys provides IT professional to join the customer's project team and work onsite at their offices.
Offshore Development Center (ODC) Model
The purpose to build an ODC is to let the clients focus on their core value competencies, and benefits from Orientationsys’s technological professional & infrastructure in order to reduce the client’s expenses. This model has been proven to be a successful approach for providing clients an extension arm for their engineering facilities.
Orientationsys has scalable resources to provide high quality ODC resources at an economical price.
We provide the following business models of ODC:
Customer Managed ODC
Orientationsys provides the programmer, project leader and infrastructure all kind of resources. Our clients provide the management team at senior level, which responsible for project management and deliverables. These ODCes adopt the customer specific business practices, processes, methodologies, quality management, and acquisition of technology expertise as per the need of the customer's projects.
This model works at a partner level relationship between the customer and Orientationsys with high level of commitments to ODC from both sides.
Orientationsys Managed ODC
This model allows Orientationsys to manage the resources, infrastructure, projects and deliverables to our client from the ODC. The client allocates tasks and manages reviews. All processes including the development processes, testing and standards are deployed in the light of Orientationsys’s best practices. However, at every phase Orientationsys takes the customer’s key input before implementation.
Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) ODC
Under this model, Orientationsys will be hired to build a dedicated ODC for the customer and operate the ODC for a certain amount of time. When the customer is ready, the ODC will be transferred to the client, who will manage the operation. With predefined schedules, Orientationsys transfers all the ODC resources, infrastructure, operational knowledge, etc to the customer to operate as an independent entity.
Joint Venture ODC
The Joint Venture Model is pure partnership approach with a long-term understanding, where Orientationsys and the client found the ODC together with stake from either side. It is a mutual investment in each other’s business and growth.
